Process-oriented work is a dynamic approach to individual and collective change that combines psychology and spirituality into a single coherent social framework.
We design and facilitate processes that serve people on their path of becoming aware, realising potential and enabling social innovation.
It is our perception that solutions and answers are unfixed. We work with change as it arises each moment and journey with you into the unknown.
We work with individuals, groups and organisations from all directions. We attune actively to different situations, learning styles and needs to design a tailored approach.
Services (often in combination): coaching, training, facilitation, innovation, program design, advice.
Methodology
Process-oriented work is the attitude that solutions are found in the process, that is, the flow of events and signals.
Our intervention methodology is based upon awareness of human diversity and complexity, and the incredible richness of our experience.
The method consists of four dimensions:
a) Awareness: stillness and attention – letting things go;
b) Sensing: noticing what is – the existing orders of reality;
c) Knowing: uncovering 'inner knowledge' through inquiry;
d) Realising: bringing forth new realities – letting things come.
As a result of our approach, people learn to open up to what is, perceive intuitively, experience change, and anticipate emerging opportunities.
Through ongoing learning and experimentation a highly diverse group of people can become capable of functioning as a single, collective entity.
