My name is Ralph Freelink and I work as an independent entrepreneur within a network of professionals.
I have a love for designing and facilitating processes the enable the development of consciousness.
As a process facilitator my approach to change is phenomenological: based upon the experience of people as a whole. It involves working with the entire spectrum of our experience (visible and invisible) in order to disclose the deeper meaning of things.
I see myself as an explorer. I love to inquire and learn through experience. Life is a journey into the heart of the unknown.

Principles
What CHI stands for.
0. Awareness – We listen to the rhythm of the whole and align ourselves with it.
1. Playfulness – We continually explore our experience to remain close to the dynamics of the whole.
2. Diversity – We embrace each aspect of the whole as part of ourselves.
3. Vulnerability – We perceive our most personal matters as a direct manifestation of the whole.
4. The Unknown – We trust the whole as it unfolds each moment and follow the path of heart.
Future Vision
CHI is an international organisation dedicated to process oriented change. We contribute to social change by fostering awareness of the depth and richness of human experience.
CHI is a seed that will gradually grow into being. The destination of the 'organisation' is enclosed in the relationships through which it unfolds.
It is not about what CHI has to become, but about what it wants to become.

Our lives are always defined by the same process. So is our world. We are an expression of a moving constant that make up the ingredients. What works today will work tomorrow.
Wholeness
Wholeness is discovered in the mutual relationship between part and whole. The whole gives meaning to the parts and the parts give meaning to the whole.
At play in the field of meaning
Out of this mutual tension a field arises. When we, as parts, succeed in aligning our lives with the whole, we enter this field. A place of love, fulfilment and wisdom.
